Includes a resource guide for SNAP-EBT participants seeking information on how to redeem SNAP benefits online.
Why Did I Make this Resource?
This guide is based off of survey research I conducted on the usage of online grocery delivery in the City of Detroit between 2022 - 2024.
The resource guide includes a presentation of 2023 survey findings from the Detroit Metro Area Communities Study measuring the popular usage of online grocery delivery among those experiencing transportation insecurity. The presentation with shared with the Detroit Food Policy Council at their annual summit in October of 2024.

Resources for those seeking to quit any substance abuse activity
In addition to sharing resources for counseling, the resource guide also contains a list of social media accounts that offer free content related to mental wellness.
Why Did I Make this Resource?
This is the official resource sheet I share with interview participants of the Black Creatives Project, a project that began in 2023. The resource sheet contains specialized mental health resources for entrepreneurs, as recent research has shown that those who are self-employed experience high rates of stress, anxiety, and/or depression.

Why Did I Make this Resource?
Since 2020, I have been collaborating with my home church Mount Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church to compile and broadcast election resources. For more than four years, we have launched an election campaign, #themountvotes to center civic empowerment, knowledge, and organizing around issues related to health, education, and racial justice.
